Due to hardware errors the server hosting, the landing page were unavailable for a period between 2025-01-07 and 2025-01-09. Phishing simulation playbooks sent emails during this period. Click on links during this time would not work, and attempts would not be tracked. For end users, this would behave like they ignored the email and progress in the playbook would changed. We have implemented better monitoring of the services to prevent this from happening again.
Most users seems to be fixed and MailRIsk is verified to work on desktop, web and mobile. Microsoft has not closed its incident, and some users my still experience problems.

Might be some problems within Microsoft
There are some issues with delivering simulated phishing emails in a timely manner, due to blocking from Microsoft Office 365. Issue fixed in collaboration with Microsoft.
