Some users are experiencing errors when analyzing emails with MailRisk. We are investingating this issue, and will keep this page updated.
We have rolled out a fix which appears to have mitigated this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience, and take the opportunity to recommend a move to Edge (chromium) since Microsoft will retire its support for Office 365 apps on Internet Explorer anyway later this year.
We have identified an issue with clients running Outlook add-ins based on Internet Explorer, and are rolling out a possible fix.

MailRisk add-inPerformance issues
We are currently experiencing some performance issues which may cause some end users to experience longer loading times, or ultimately an error message, asking them to please try again later.
Performance has been restored, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Office 365 users may experience when blocking an email sender, after reporting an email, that the client hangs in a "Deleting email" state, while the email does not get deleted. We are currently investigating this issue.
We have identified the cause for this error, and have rolled out a fix. Users may have been impacted by this since 29 December. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
