Some users are experiencing errors when analyzing emails with MailRisk. We are investingating this issue, and will keep this page updated.

We have rolled out a fix which appears to have mitigated this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience, and take the opportunity to recommend a move to Edge (chromium) since Microsoft will retire its support for Office 365 apps on Internet Explorer anyway later this year.

We have identified an issue with clients running Outlook add-ins based on Internet Explorer, and are rolling out a possible fix.
