We have experienced some delays in sending emails this morning, both in the phishing simulator and service emails. We have performed measures to remediate the situation, and we are monitoring performance.
It appears that our issues are related to Microsoft having operational issues with Office 365, including Exchange services. At 11:40 CET, Microsoft reports that issues have been resolved. We are still monitoring the situation, and apologize for any inconvenience.

Some parts of the customer portal were not available due during the night due to an automated housekeeping job which failed and caused a related service to go down. The incident was remediated at 08:05 CET. We apologize for any inconvenience.
