    Due to some networking issues in underlying infrastructure, a small subset of users may experience slow response times and/or failed requests. If this happens, it appears to be enough to try again. Our infrastructure provider is working to remediate these issues, and we will update this page as soon as the matter is completely resolved.

    MailRisk API Safelinks parsing in MailRisk fails

    Links wrapped in Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Safelinks are currently not being decoded. Links are simply presented as links to Microsoft's domain, for any customers using this product. We are working to fix this issue, and apologize for any inconvenience.

    Learning portal Learning portal partially unavailable

    Some page requests to the learning portal dashboard are failing. We are investigating the issue, and will return with an update as soon as possible.

  • The root cause for this incident has been identified and now also fixed, so full performance is yet again restored. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • We have found a way to fix the issue, although performance may still be a little bit below optimal. However, we are working on a performance update to resolve this issue.

  • It looks like issues are only related to loading the actual dashboard in the learning portal. We are continuing to investigate, but e-learning courses should anyway be available as usual, and users can be redirected to https://learn.securepractice.co/academy for access.
