Learning portal partially unavailable Tuesday 25. January 2022 09:50:00


Some page requests to the learning portal dashboard are failing. We are investigating the issue, and will return with an update as soon as possible.

The root cause for this incident has been identified and now also fixed, so full performance is yet again restored. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We have found a way to fix the issue, although performance may still be a little bit below optimal. However, we are working on a performance update to resolve this issue.

It looks like issues are only related to loading the actual dashboard in the learning portal. We are continuing to investigate, but e-learning courses should anyway be available as usual, and users can be redirected to https://learn.securepractice.co/academy for access.
