Should you still encounter any issues here, open the command prompt (in Windows), enter "ipconfig /flushdns", and then retry. This will allowed any cached DNS entries to be dismissed.

The issue appears to have been resolved at 12:40 CET, however it could potentially still be observed under a very limited set of circumstances. Please let us know if you experience any such issues and we will guide you through local remediation on the client.

The issue appears to be related to DNS as it is operated by our global provider. We have not made any changes recently which may have caused any such problem. We are monitoring the issue, but please notify if you experience this problem.
