Due to a bug in the customer portal, sending of feedback emails to end users has been delayed. We are preparing a fix for immediate rollout.

All backlogged feedback emails have now been dispatched to affected end-users. The average sending delay has been 1 hour 20 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience.

A fix has been deployed to production, and we are now dispatching any backlogged feedback emails. No action is needed from customers to remediate this delay.
