Add-in for shared mailboxes not working Tuesday 26. May 2020 13:15:00


Due to a change in the underlying APIs from Microsoft, we have detected issues with using MailRisk with shared mailboxes. This issue does not affect any personal mailboxes. We are working on a fix which will restore normal operation, and will update this issue as soon as we have a working release.

We have fixed this issue with a proper error message for Outlook client versions which do not (yet) support add-ins like MailRisk in shared mailboxes, including a workaround for affected users.
