Addin fails with some users in Office 365 Wednesday 22. January 2020 11:30:00

Some users may be receiving an error message saying "We tried, but couldn't load the email." when using the MailRisk button. Most likely this issue is constrained to Office 365 users, and only under particular circumstances.

We are investigating this further, and will update this ticket as soon as we know more.

We have identified a potential issue, and rolled out a fix which will improve resilience under such special circumstances.

The error was discovered during an internal code review, but the affected code had already been rolled out to production. In retrospect, we do not believe end-users have been impacted. Let us however know if you have experienced otherwise, although our logs would not reveal any such cases.
